Bradford Custom Homes & Remodeling is proud to announce that founder and president Brad Robinson has been selected to present at the 2027 NAHB International Builders’ Show (IBS). The show will take place in Las Vegas, Nevada, from February 2–4, 2027.
Brad’s education proposal was accepted for Custom Building Central, a specialized area of IBS focused on professionals who serve the high-end custom residential market. The program brings together industry professionals to share ideas, explore new approaches, and learn from leaders in the field.
For Brad and the Bradford team, this opportunity goes beyond a speaking engagement. It gives Brad a chance to share lessons from years of custom homebuilding while contributing to the future of the industry.
Sharing Knowledge With the Custom Building Industry
Custom homes require careful planning, collaboration, and problem-solving. Each project brings its own goals, designs, and challenges. As a result, builders must stay flexible while finding the right solutions for each homeowner.
Custom Building Central at IBS brings together building professionals to explore these unique challenges, learn from one another, and gain perspective from experts in the field.
As the founder of Bradford Custom Homes & Remodeling, Brad has spent years navigating the demands of luxury residential construction. Along the way, he has developed a building philosophy centered on intentionality, collaboration, and long-term value.
Now, he will bring that perspective to a national audience at IBS. His presentation will also reflect Bradford’s focus on learning, innovation, and advancing the custom building industry.

Looking Ahead to IBS 2027
The 2027 NAHB International Builders’ Show will bring together professionals from across the residential construction industry. Without giving too much away, Brad’s presentation will explore the growing importance of wellness-focused homes. He will discuss how custom builders can think differently about the way homes are designed and built.
Drawing from Bradford’s experience with projects like Project Golden Leaf, he will share lots of valuable insights. Some of these include, how intentional design, advanced building science, and high-performance construction can help create homes that better support the people who live in them.
Brad’s selection to present at IBS reflects Bradford’s commitment to luxury residential construction and its focus on finding better ways to build. We look forward to seeing Brad bring Bradford’s perspective on wellness-focused homebuilding to Custom Building Central.
